Welcome to Play Port — a playground of thrilling activity in Port Dundas, right in the heart of Glasgow.

If you’re looking for fun and adventure in a no pressure environment, you’ve come to the right place. We’re home to three incredible sporting venues that are jam-packed with adventurous experiences for you to get stuck into.

Whether you’re a self-confessed adrenaline junkie or fancy stepping out of your comfort zone and trying something new with friends, we’ve got a range of activities and packages for you to choose from. We’re located around the end of the Forth and Clyde Canal in Port Dundas, just 10 minutes from Glasgow City Centre.

Our Venues...

The Loading Bay

The Loading Bay is Glasgow’s only indoor skatepark and the newest addition to the sports offering here at the canal.  Opened in November 2019, The Loading Bay offers 30,000 sq ft of space to play with a street plaza, a 60ft long bowl, movable modular ramps and a training room with trampolines, gymnastics flooring and foam pits.  They also have a chilled café where you can enjoy a range of freshly made foods.

Glasgow Wake Park

Wake Park – Based at Pinkston Watersports, Glasgow Wake Park is a system 2.0 wakeboard park open from March to October. They provide a unique experience for beginners and more experienced riders. The park’s cable system allows the wakeboarder to ride continuously, turning at each end of the basin. They have four obstacles floating in the water that allow riders to perform varying levels of tricks.

Pinkston Watersports

Pinkston Watersports is a paddlesports centre which has Scotland’s only artificial whitewater course. You can enjoy excellent watersports facilities in an urban setting. They offer programmes and classes of sports activities including rafting, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding or whitewater tubing and open water swimming. You can also book community activities, team building and even host a birthday birthday.
